Due to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season I’ve decided to push the concert back until January 9th, 2010. It’s important to me that as many of my friends, family and fans get to see this concert as possible, I especially want you there. Yes, you!

I’ve had a few people ask me if the concert that I’m putting on for you is going to be visual as well as audio and the answer is YES! This will be a broadcast quality show that I will be putting on for you and I want to make sure that I pull out all the stops on this one!

I’ve been trying not to spill the beans on this until I secured the date, but I have been itching to get this out to you. This is so big that I’ve been having a hard time getting to sleep at night and once I do fall asleep, staying asleep!

I feel like I’m 8 years old again on Christmas Eve waiting for the sun to peak over the horizon signaling that it’s morning. This has been in the works for a while now, but it was just going to be a small intimate occasion with just a few friends and family but then I found it difficult to decide who to invite and who not to. So consider this your invitation because I really want you there!

On December 19th,I will be performing an hour long concert, online! That’s right, online and I want you to tune in! I will be performing a few original songs as well as a cover song or two and a few Christmas Songs. I will have backup singers and live music, this promises to be HUGE! I am so excited to have you there and I just know that the days are going to drag by!

My music is my passion and I want to be able to share it with the world. This will be my Christmas gift to you, one that I know you will enjoy as much as I am going to enjoy performing for you.

I plan on having a special giveaway for a few lucky attendees, this will be very special, but more on that later. It’s important to me that you thoroughly enjoy this concert and as such I need you to tell me which of the three cover songs below you like the best, after all this will be YOUR Christmas Gift and is all about you!

Okay check this out…I’m in preparation of writing new music material for the New Year and I really want your suggestions.

We hear all types of songs on the radio, but do the songs touch upon things that you want to hear about? Whether they do or not, hit me up on the type of song you would love to hear performed and see written.

Give me scenarios and let me know what type of song would just move you to the point of ________________________, you can fill in the blank LOL.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. I’m so learning how to live by this. Basically it’s telling me that in hoping for something means that I’m anticipating and expecting something great to transpire in my life. Even though I don’t see it, I know that all I need is right there and it’s coming.

 Begin to expect great things in your life EVERYDAY! Life and death is not just in what we speak, it’s also in what we think or what we allow to filter into our hearts. The reason why the negative happens so quickly is because we expect it to. It always seems easier to believe that something bad will happen. How many times has something great happened in your life and you think to yourself, “This is too good to be true” or “Something bad has to happen now”. Abort that way of thinking! God has something great for all of us and as soon as we realize that we can walk in prosperity and not in doubt. God’s blessing is not a set up for something bad to happen to us! God sets us up to be victorious and blessed.

 This is not a church moment, it’s a reality moment. Claim and speak all the things that you want for God to do in your life and expect it to happen. He didn’t just promise to give you the things you need, He even said that your heart’s desires will be given as well. Isn’t it great to be loved like that?

 Today I urge you to walk with great expectations, but let me tell you a secret. Shhh…now keep this to yourself. Two things…one is, all the things that you put before God, don’t tell everybody. It’s not meant for others to hear everything. ONLY A FOOL UTTERS HIS OR HER WHOLE HEART! Something’s leave between you and God because not everyone will understand your purpose or they may not want to see you prosper. The second thing is HUGE…don’t expect anything to transpire in your life if you are STAGNANT! Walk in your purpose means to show action in your faith and belief. If you’re not doing anything, but expect great things…you’re in trouble. Nothing for nothing leaves…absolutely nothing.

 Make steps towards what you want whether it looks promising or bleak. It’s not your job to figure it all out, it’s your job to work towards and in the meantime God is mapping it all out for you! He got your back, just do what you need to do and watch God move.

 Oh and one last and most important element…give God thanks as if it’s already done! Praise moves Him and thanksgiving is due to Him. Watch Him work! Trust me, I’m saying it to you, but I needed to encourage myself this morning.
