Bio- From the soultry sounds of her smooth, beautiful voice to her emotionally hard hitting lyrics, Tre Alee will leave you breathless. You will be an instant fan as she hooks you with her impressive vocal range  and true to life lyrics. From singer to songwriter to published novelist, Tre Alee will leave you gasping for breath as you beg for more.

At the tender age of six Tre Alee began singing in the church choir where her father was the pastor. Since then music has grown to be her biggest passion and by thirteen she was writing her own music. Over the years her music has blossomed across many genres: soul, R&B, jazz and gospel. Tre Alee has a soothing sound of her own, but she has been compared to greats such as Anita Baker, Erykah Badu and Jill Scott for their jazzy Neo-Soul vibe. She is humbled by the similarities and counts it an honor to be compared to artists that she has admired throughout her musical career.

As a soloist  she has performed at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem, NY, the Fleet Center now the TD Bank North Garden, the Bayard Rustin Yearly Breakfast, as well as singing overseas in Germany, Jamaica, France and many other places domestically. Sticking to her roots she has performed with gospel recording artists Yolanda Adams and Lisa Page-Brooks of gospel group, Witness. Presently Tre Alee is a member of Freda Battle and The Temple Worshipers, a phenomenal Boston area gospel recording group.

Many can try to imitate or duplicate this rising vocalist’s style, but there is only one Tre Alee. “God has showered me with the gift of song and I can’t let Him down. My time is now because I was born and destined to do this!”

Influences- As an author Tre Alee’s biggest influence has been E. Lynn Harris, as a singer, Anita Baker.
